IP 101-29 PR prot. R3 conventional-addressable maximum differential heat detector is designed to detect fire accompanied by temperature increase inside the monitored closed rooms of various buildings and facilities as well as to transmit a “Fire” signal to the Rubezh-2OP prot.R3 receiving and control device.

The detector represents temperature measuring device with two ways of fire detection: by maximum temperature and by rate of temperature rise.

The detector performs the following functions:

  • ambient temperature measuring;
  • temperature change rate calculation;
  • measuring results processing using special algorithms and "Fire" signal transmission to receiving and control panel;
  • detector operation mode indication;
  • functioning test with button or OT-1 optical tester.

Power supply and data exchange of the detector is performed via a two-wire ACL.

The detector does not respond to humidity changes, to the presence of flame and natural or artificial light.

The detachable connection between the sensor and the base provides easy installation, mounting, and maintenance of the detector.

Circular contacts allow easy mounting of the detector without orientation with the base.

To facilitate ACL shielded cables installation, cable mounting plate is provided on the base (option).

It can be mounted on dropped ceiling using a special base combined with mounting rings
